I've been trying to stay away from too much sweets lately, but . . . seriously . . . sometimes you just gotta enjoy.

life is too short, to miss out on the pleasures of life; of course, in moderation. God, I love haupia.

Izsmom. sooooo refreshing!!

V!!! OMG, I just googled En Hakore. That patbingsu looks like the ultimate treat for me . . . totally something I would like.

Susan, it made me so happy.

Mmiissee, sorry, the gelatin dessert was made by my sister-in-law. Wish there was an easy "just add water" mix.

Kat, uh huh.

Chet, ho, this haupia ice cream is sooooo creamy good.

Aunty, uuuuuuuuu!

En Hakore makes it for take out. It costs about $12 but it keeps very well if you go straight home. It is meant to be shared (yah, right!). It is really big but I've eaten whole thing as a meal replacement 😳🐖
