Boosting your immune system is the way!
I know some people like this but I also heard that it doesn’t help with immunity.
Good idea to keep the immunity system strong against infections and viruses ie. Covid-19. I like to put Sicilia organic lemon squeeze with my food and beverages as my Vitamin C supplement

Kat, I heard that too, but my mom believes that her taking Airborne daily is what's been keeping her relatively sick-free for years, so we're fans.

Hi Jalna....whenever I feel like I'm coming down with a cold, I would take Umcka.
They're chewable tablets...I let dissolve in my mouth. And I like the orange flavored ones.
