Do any of you old timers remember the Suzy-Q from Jolly Roger? I made a version of it yesterday . . . and the day before ('cause it was that good).
Teriyaki meat/onions, American cheese, lettuce, and mayo on hamburger bun.
And if you know me, you know that I did it the lazy way. I used leftover bulgogi from Costco.
Here is an ad that I found online from a 1965 newspaper clipping. You could get a Suzy-Q and fries for 50 cents back then.

Mmmmm! I remember Jolly Rogers - Zippy's is there now, right? Back then I could really eat a lot and one potential suitor from Roosevelt who had a lot of money would buy me their steak plate every time. Almost worked, but he wasn't my type. But I did like that steak!
Lazy way is many times the most delicious way! Looks so yummy!
Yummy!! I loved Jolly Rogers! I remember running back and forth to get lunch orders for my mom's customers. My reward was Strawberry slush float!!

OMG hanabada daze. I don't remember the Suzy Q, but I definitely remember Jolly Rodgers on Keeaumoku. Our crew would hangout there on weekends with our souped up cars and check out da Chicks.....ha.Boy, that burger looks Ono. How about Dairy Queen? Loved their French Fries.
