Jalna-Easy "Chili"

Not counting the cheese, I used three ingredients to make this.

I sautéed three minced garlic with a pound of hamburger and threw in two bags of this Costco item. It came in a box of 8.  Wendell added a bit of Tabasco sauce, but it was just right for me.

That Madras thing from Costco is good, so I can imagine it was a very tasty chili! Looks good with the cheese on it.

Ohmy! The cheese! We really need a Costco here! We did have something called Price Costco at one time-I’m wondering now if that is the same company but they didn’t last and we have our local warehouse buy by the bulk store that sells some Kirkland stuff. It’s super expensive. Many things are double the price of the military commissary. ☹️

Add a touch of mayonnaise on the top, taste so good. Of course, it's has to be Real Foods mayonnaise, not the generic.

Izsmom, LOL.

Aunty, I was so surprised at how flavorful it is.

Susan, I kinda overdid the cheese, LOL. I'm so surprised you guys don't have a Costco there.

V, great!

Chet, OMG . . . mayo!
