Thai Steak


Last night's dinner was Thai steak. I'm not much of a steak eater, but I can tell you that it was very, very tasty and small-kine spicy. Marinate steak in the following sauce for 15 minutes before broiling or hibachiing:

1 T. fish sauce
1 t. worcestershire sauce
1/4 t. sugar
1/4 t. sweet soy sauce
3/4 T. lime juice
1/2 t. each (minced): garlic, chili, pepper
1/2 T. minced onion
