Interesting. I don't have trouble sleeping, just need to add a couple hours more to my sleep because my body falls asleep easily but wakes up before 7 hours of good sleep. I can't seem to nap either but when that time comes to sleep at night, I'm out.

Susan, me too, I fall asleep okay. But I sometimes have trouble going back to sleep after I go to the bathroom.

Love it! I will be practicing this because I need to quiet my mind. It will be an interesting combo with the sleep cbd gummies that I like to take at night.

j: umm, I gots no rhythm. I can't breathe and tap my lap! LOL I can chew gum and walk though. I'll try it tonight though I like to fall asleep watching my true crime show. Yup, murder and sleep go along with me. Unfortunately the next day I find I slept through who the perp was. I've watched one murder twice and have no idea who the killer is to this day. -N
