There was a huge breakfast buffet for us at Hotel Lake Akan Tsuruga Wings on our third morning in Japan. We lucked out and got to sit right by the floor-to-ceiling windows.

At first glance it looked like you were outside. LOL. Talk about carbo overload in the choices from the buffet! Bread rolls, pastries, pasta, somen, potato salad!

That bean salad looks really interesting. I'll make it a point to stop at Lani's Pho, seems like a nice lady, prices are resonable for pho.

Izsmom, that view was so nice. Why are carbs so fattening, yah?! They're my favorite.
Susan, I enjoyed the spaghetti for dinner the night before but didn't take any photos because of bad lighting and laziness.
