I loooove Mariko's blog, THE little FOODIE. I love her writing style, her photos, her humor, her stories. This excerpt is from todays' post: "Cook the polenta longer. It takes forever. Something like 1 1/2 hours. Take it out of the oven when it doesn’t jiggle around so much. Eat it when it cools down or wait until the next day when it firms up. I totally cracked up when reading one entry. She had made short ribs with chocolate sauce and wondered how her husband liked it. She wrote: "Although he didn’t say anything negative he was beaming ‘Please don’t make this again’ via his aura. Using my telepathy power, I sent him ’All right I won’t."
