The parking lot was full with other like-minded, safety-conscious people.
Like the last time, I packed my most valuable possession. This is how I normally treat my gear by the way. I know . . . I don't deserve them.
This time I remembered my expensive jewelry. They all fit in a film canister.
I even remembered to bring with me my stapler that I love. I was pretty proud of myself for remembering to pack everything . . . until we got home aftewards and I noticed on my dresser . . .

yeah, our old roommate is actually from Sendai in Northern Japan where the worst of it was. She emailed and she's ok - Thank GOD!

Did you get any sleep? Kona looks bored. I just grabbed by camera, work clothes, a change of clothes and ALL the animals, 5 cats, 1 dog and one bird and food for them and water for me. Figured i could share my water with the animals. Thank God it was a very miner one.
