Spaghetti Carbonara


Wendell found this recipe behind the spaghetti noodle box! He's not sure if he did something wrong 'cause the cream curdled while cooking. Tasted good though, like ricotta cheese.
8 oz. (1/2 package) Golden Grain Thin Spaghetti
1 T. margarine or butter
2 c. broccoli florets
6 oz. (2 cups) sliced mushrooms
2 c. half and half cream
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cook pasta according to directions, drain. Melt butter/margarine in skillet, saute broccoli and mushrooms. Add half and half and parmesan cheese, simmer 5 minutes. Toss with bacon and spaghetti.
