Whoa - that's cheap!!! I make my own yogurt now with my InstaPot. Sometimes I use whole milk but lately I get A2 milk from Safeway. Have been reading the Plant Paradox book over and over and figure I'll do what I am willing to do. Dr. Gundry talks about A1 milk from A1 cows that cause a lot of problems and recommends A2 milk from A2 cows. I know, sounds crazy but then it made sense to me.
