Bridal Couple

I just looooove to photograph bridal couples. Actually, not so much grooms . . . mostly brides. The white gown, the bouquet . . . so pretty. I took this one shot at Kakaako Park this past Sunday. Then the real photographer gave me one major stink eye, so I turned and walked away. What's up with that, yeah?

Update: My friend Kevin sent me this comment via e-mail that provided me with a whole new perspective:

True, you might not have been in his space but that is a distraction. When you have 3 sets of eyes not looking at you, I would have clobbered you too. If you're being paid to produce for a client, other photographers shouldn't do that. I know you like to get in there and grab your shot, but ioono. Gotta resist the urge. My 0.02$

It opened my eyes . . . I totally understand and respect this point of view, and will now "resist the urge". Thanks Kevin.

I think you're right Rand. My friend e-mailed me a very interesting perspective. I hope he'll let me share it.

Hahahaha, you know what mmiissee, this was a good lesson for me. I didn't realize that I was intruding. I'm gonna try and be more conscientious from now on.
