I was so excited when I found sweet potatoes at a Korean store on my lunchtime walk. As soon as I got home from work I threw them in a pot to steam. That's the best way to make them, by the way. Except you should turn off the stove when they're done and not forget about them for hours!
LOL!! Cooking lesson no. 1 - don't leave food on the stove, unattended. Oh well, so much for steamed sweet potatoes!! We love sweet potatoes. I usually bake them then put butter and sprinkle brown sugar on them. We like them better than baked potatoes. I fix them when we want something else besides rice.
