N, somebody gave us deer meat, and I think that's when it became real. Thanks for the well wishes . . . for real.
My mom had an old school meat grinder and she made her own sausages that was popular in her hometown in the Philippines. Every time I see it in the store I’d buy some. It doesn’t taste exactly like my moms but close enough.
