Palama Market Spicy Pork

I made this for dinner yesterday.  I  fried sliced onions and garlic in little bit oil first . . .

and then threw this in.  I added boiled eggs just because.

It was a hit!  We ate it like this.

We put a slather of this on the lettuce first.  Ono!!  Landon got it from a coworker.

yummmy! I do this a lot but never tried with eggs!
I actually cheat a lot too and go to a Korean take out place and order spicy pork, chicken, whatever with no rice, then you get an extra banchan and I stuff everything in the lettuce. Yah, cannot forget the ssamjang!

Looks super spicy - I do like spicy but not too spicy. Using lettuce as a wrap makes it healthy.

V, I actually had it in the freezer. Sure came in handy when there was nothing else.

Aunty, Landon loved it. I could eat just one.

Izsmom, it was super tasty.

Kat, yah.

Chet, LOL.

Susan, and easy.
