Wendell made this for dinner the other night. It was super tasty.
I ate it with tofu (instead of rice) and they went well together.
Here's the recipe that he followed. He said that he put in 2 pounds of pork belly instead of 1.

this is one of my favorite dishes and I actually cook it with the tofu. Then, when I have leftovers, I add more sour kimchee and juice and make soup!

Good way to use the big bottle of kimchee from Costco and onolicious, too! I make a spam kimchee recipe from Ann Corum (Spam cookbook) but will also try this one. Yum!
