The 2010 Ala Wai Challenge was held this past Sunday. My plan was that if I found parking I would go, if not, I would go home. Luckily, I found on-street parking although it was faaaaaar away. I took CHOKE pictures, so I'm posting CHOKE pictures.
Wow, awesome pictures! I can remember going down to the Ala Wai to watch canoe races when I was a kid! My grandfather was a caddy and grounds keeper at the Ala Wai Golf Course.
Thanks Betty. Betty, do you remember that a loooooong time ago, you could rent a motor boat and drive it in the Ala Wai? One of my fondest memories as a kid is sitting on my father's lap and steering the boat.
mmmmm. nice pick chaz! lookin at your stuff makes me tink dat you must have about 200 900-gigabyte external hard drives to hold all your raw files and i only talkin about for one month of shooting!!! ha! tanks fo sharing ;->
i never even knew this was going on this past weekend! I gotta start reading the newspaper or something, I need more practice! If I can only run away from you-know-who....hmmmmmmm...... :) hahahaa

Great people shots! Love the color saturations and compositions. I especially like the paddling shots. I wish I went. Great job.
Thanks Rand! I no more even one external hard drive. I might regret it later, but I only store my stuff on separate CD/DVDs.
