Dump Cake

For New Year's day, I made this Dump Cake.
It's called Dump Cake because you just dump all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
I used apple pie filling. The instructions say to "grease and flour baking pan", but don't even waste your time with that. The cake is so moist it just sticks to the pan anyway. I slide a butter knife between the cake and the pan to free it.

These are so yum. I've made them before, crushed pineapple is good too. I made an apple cake tonight. It's a mix from Tastefully Simple. These are sold through home party. You can also buy their products online. Just add 2 eggs, chopped apples and chopped nuts to the mix. Stir and bake for 50 minutes.

Hi Betty, I never heard of Tastefully Simple. I just quickly checked them out online. Looks really interesting. I especially like the "Simple" part.

Yeah, try them out some time. I have an order to pick up tomorrow when I go to church. I got a bread pudding mix, a truffle brownie mix and a chai tea mix. I think I still have a pound cake in my pantry. They are pretty reasonable too.
