I was so hungry when I made this that I ate it for dinner at 3:00 in the afternoon. I liked it a lot.
The instructions are in the video below. I used:
8 pieces of bacon
1/2 pound-ish of sausage
Leftover spam
1 small head of cabbage
1 large onion
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. maybe cajun seasoning (not really sure what this was)

That looks onolicious. Sometimes I get hungry and don’t want to eat a snack, so I eat dinner at 3:30pm before my husband and sons come home from work. LOL

There is no way to go wrong with this recipe, making my mouth water.
Bacon always enhances the taste of dishes. Southern cuisine "y'all come back now ya hea" , where's the watermelon and lemonade?
Mmmm, wow, looks good!
looks good!
Yum!!! I subscribes to his channel. He makes me hungry.
Izsmom, I've been eating dinner at around 4:00ish lately. Sooo hungry.
Jenny, LOL.
Chet, I agree . . . bacon!
Susan, ono.
Kat, I actually made this awhile back. I think it's time to make again.
Aunty, I like his style.
He reminds me of Sam Choy with a different color. Both so comfortable with cooking delicious local food. Thanks for the introduction! I made this cabbage dish last night, sort of. I used ginger instead of garlic and Portuguese sausage and kalua pig without the Southern seasoning. So ono!
Aunty, that sounds awesome!!
This looks so yummy. My mother used to make something like that.
