Here's the meatball banh mi that I made the carrot/daikon pickles for. It came out good except I shoulda drained the pickles better before adding to the sandwich. Next time.
This is the Costco meatballs that I used. I like it. Oh, I got the French loaf from Foodland. Dunno if it's still on sale, but it was $2.00 off a couple days ago, so it was only 99 cents/loaf.

V, too funny. LOL.
Yum! I never thought to put meatballs in sandwiches. Duh! Now I have more sandwich options, thanks!
I would love to try those meatballs. I gave up my COSTCO membership since I only used it once in a year. Waste money. Wish they sold that brand at a supermarket. I buy the ones at Times and Walmart but no moe taste -N
I shouldn’t look at your food pics when I’m hungry! Looks super delicious!

Aunty, I think that this chicken teriyaki meatball is perfect in a sandwich!
N, I wish you lived closer. The meatballs came packed in two separate pouches, perfect for sharing.
Susan, thanks!
Kat, with mayo and hoisin sauce . . . ho da ono.
My favorite sandwich, I make mine with chicken and truffle pate. I like the bread at the place next to Beretania Times, forget the name. They make great baked stuff.
