Wendell saw the recipe for this supah ono shrimp dish on Facebook. It was on one of those instructional videos.
I looked for the video on YouTube so that I could share it with you (below), but small problem . . . it's in another language. I couldn't find the English version.
But, according to Wendell's chicken-scratch notes, here's what you do: Marinate shrimp in rice wine, pepper and salt. Wendell said he used about 1 3/4 pounds of shrimp. He wasn't sure for how long you're supposed to marinate. He just did it for a few minutes. That's all the time he had. Fry shrimp in little bit of oil and add the following mixture: 8 tbs. mayo 3 tbs. garlic 1 to 2 hot peppers, sliced 1 1/2 tbs. sugar
Hopefully, Wendell's notes along with the video will be adequate instruction for you. I hope you get to make it because it was really good!

Yummm!!! Aunty also has a garlic mayo shrimp recipe - but gotta grill it. Next time I see you I will give you the magnet with the recipe, and some other stuff that I have been putting on the side for you.
Maybe April 4? I have a 12:00 appointment by your workplace and can meet up with you before dat?
Jalna: I just made that garlic mayo shrimp, and it was WONDERFUL!!! This recipe is a keeper, and I know I'm going to make it again. I used tiger shrimp, extra garlic and extra jalapeno peppers (I love the heat)! Keep those recipes coming! :-)
