My favorite peeler is made by Kuhn Rikon. It's Swiss made . . . I think I'm seeing a trend here. The blade is made of carbon steel. Carbon steel holds its sharp edge better than stainless steel, but it generally requires special care (which I don't do, BTW). You can find out more about carbon steel here at Serious Eats.
This three-pack of peelers was on Lightening Deal on Amazon so I got it. Since, I don't really need three, I want to give one of the peelers away. Let me know if you're interested.
If there's more than one person interested, I'll have a drawing . . . winner to be announced on Sunday, April 2. Leave a comment here or email me at JalnaA@aol.com!
