Did you salt the cabbage first or did you follow the recipe as is?
I made the cucumber kim chee about 5 times already. My family love it.

Tammy, I made the cabbage version about 3 times already. The first time I did salt the cabbage first, but so little liquid came out, it was a waste of time. So, yah, just follow the recipe exactly. Glad that your family is liking it!!
