My daughter sent me some to try. Did you go to Ichiran when you went to Japan? It’s not bad but expensive. We googled the best ramen places when we went to Osaka and tried the #2 place too. I liked the #2 place -maybe because it was cheaper. Both places have long lines.
Speaking of noodles--- Been receiving pitches from Immi, supposedly healthier to eat and lower carb. Do you know about these claims? Due to health, have removed noodles from my diet. Miss my ramen so much. Thanks
I love ramen! But the calories!!! 😂 BUT, I read that if you cook the noodles (any kind noodles) and refrigerate or freeze and reheat again it turns the starch into resistant starch which is better. (You don’t have to reheat ( pasta salad, some salad) but if you do it’s even more resistant starch. This includes cooked rice, cooked potatoes and bread too.
J, was gonna ask if you tried it yet. I follow on FB a channel called Emmy Made and she's a home cook who travels to Asia, Hawaii and thru the mainland not only tasting foods but replicating them at home. She went to the Japan restaurant and loved it so she bought this pack and found it lacking. esp. for the price. She has gone to our Don Q and 711 to try the prepared foods and her reviews are spot on. She even tried different countries MRE. Not surprisingly the French ones were hood.
Glad I didn't try this ramen package, though with my appetite 5 servings are only 2!! :D. N
Hmmm. I have so many packs of noodles that I haven't made yet. My kids get on my case because so much of my foods are "expired". They are afraid. I am not, lol.

I bought that. Was cheaper than what they were selling for at Marukai and Donki.
It's good, but I dunno if justifies the price.
