7 Eleven's Beef Pho

Here's the Beef Pho from 7 Eleven. I haven't tried it yet, but my friend Cleta did.

She enhanced it with her own Thai leaves.  She said that it was good.

Can you believe I made pho from scratch years ago? It’s worth it but all that gas I used...hmmm I wonder if our 7-11 has this.

I do like pho. I’d like to know how you like it.

The beef in the Pho was not great - but for the price, it is still good, imo. I also add basil leaves - have them growing wild in the yard. And I add kalamungai - moringa leaves to make it healthier. I am trying to eat healthier - but I do want to try the saimin. On a cold day it would hit the spot!

Great. can save money. Every time I eat pho, which is at least once a week, I spend $11/bowl . You can your own condiments to enhance the taste.

I tried it too. It was ok, but wish I had bean sprouts, cilantro and hoisin. I think that would have made it really good.

Aunty, I liked it, but Kona did get the meat.

Chet, It's so convenient and easy.

V, glad you got to try!

I had the saimin today - one store was sold out but the one across from City Mill on Waialae Avenue still had. A nice cold rainy day so it hit the spot! Except the cook time was goofy on my microwave and next time I going put 2:00 for 2 minutes instead of 1:20 which only cooked for 80 seconds. Was ono, thanks!
