Wagyu

Wendell's birthday was yesterday, and he said that he didn't really care to go out for dinner, but rather preferred to just have steak at home.

So I went to J shop and bought some wagyu. Landon prepared it three different ways . . . all delicious . . . with the meat so tender that even people without teeth could've eaten it.

Lan also picked up some sashimi, sushi and Japanese potato salad.

Wow! Dinner looks amazing. If anyone in our family could cook like yours can, I wouldn't want to go out to eat either. Unfortunately, there are no cooks in our house so we go out to eat. ~e

E, I know what you mean. I lucked out since I myself don't really cook.

Alibaba, Lan did a good job.

Thank you, Izsmom.

N, I ate a lot . . . my stomach was in shock. "Ice man" . . . ahahahahaha!

LOL, Susan.

Anon, I googled "cougar dating" and then busted out laughing.

L, it was. My birthday is next month. I'm gonna request the shrimp patty I recently blogged about. The one with the mozzarella cheese in it.

Chet, was sooo melt in your mouth!

Mich, thanks for your advice . . . only had a few pieces left after we were done eating.

Thanks Mark.

Anon, Landon bought the salad from Hawaii Sushi in Market City. The sashimi and sushi came from there too. Cali roll has real crab in it . . . ono.
