I found this brush pen at Fisher. It was on sale for $2.49. I liked it so much that I went back today and bought another one. Unfortunately, I think the sale ends today, and normal price is $3.72.
I got the fine tip. It also comes in medium and bold.
It's the finest tipped brush pen in my collection.
I also like it because the ink is waterproof.
I used it for the eyelashes below.

that fine tip pigma is awesome! it looks to be the perfect fit for your portraits. it's my favorite of the 3 sizes. i also have the B size (for BOMBUCHA) and it is so hard to letter with. it's wild. lol!
