Jalna, this really touched me. So elegant and poignant in its simplicity. Almost like haiku. I don't think you know what a gift you have and what a gift you are.
j: I'm not the only one that does that! I do it all the time and I just run the wash thru an extra wash but it still doesn't come out. The only way other than the manual tools is to run 'em in the dryer - which I don't have but am considering it just to get lint off. -N
Aargh! I hate that - and sometimes end up washing the clothes again. Also, putting it in a dryer helps a lot - I set it to cool temp and the lint trap picks up a lot of the kleenex residue. Hope you are feeling better.
I washed my Levi's 501 with my wallet in the back pocket. Luckily in stayed in the back pocket. I must have had it on gentle cycle. I was able to safe everything by taking it all out and letting everything air dry out. Luckily I caught it before it went in the dryer.
Did you know when you leave paper towels in your pocket it doesn't tear to shreds like that. Lol. I get paid doing laundry sometimes. My hubby leaves me some money in his pocket too. Hope you all are doing better.

No, Les, I still gotta shake um, shake um, shake um.
Funny, Mark!
Oh yes! I've done that too. Sigh... Usually, it helps to throw it in the dryer again.
I just caught a cold too. The nose rinse really helps. Tell your two chefs to make you chicken soup.
Oh no, Kay. Take care!
Oh Man! My typo's were terrible last night! Please forgive me! I need to remember to always proof read! UGH! ; )
No worries, Mark. I even had to go back and read your comment again . . . didn't know what you meant.
