Landon did dinner last night. He put some steaks on the hibachi and also made these stuffed mushrooms. I was supposed to help him out, but ended up doing more picture taking than helping.
First he sauteed some chopped up bacon, portuguese sausage, onion and garlic.
Then he put it into our miniature chopper.
He added some cheese, mayonnaise and pepper. The cheese didn't do too good in the chopper. It ended up stuck on the blades and didn't really get cut up.
After taking the mixture out of the chopper, he added some breadcrumbs.
This is where I helped out. I stuffed the mushrooms.
Landon then broiled them for a few minutes.
As Wendell would say, "That's what I'm talkin' about!"

Looks onos :) btw if you freeze the cheese it should work out better.
But hand grating frozen cheese seems to work the best for me.
Better yet..buy grated cheese !
Actually Im thinking one set bacon and portuguese sausage.... One set crab and mayo and tobiko. If I ever get around to it
