Ray's use to be on Smith St in Chinatown. yes, Prime Rib their signature entree. Only downside in Kalihi location is the parking.

We used to go to Ray's for their prime rib - was so cheap - like $20. But the last time we went, the meat was really junk. I heard their pork chops are really good.
Jenny, Cy is out and about early so he seems to not have a problem with parking.
