Wendell got these HAYUGE kobumaki from Kabuki in Waimalu Shopping Center. They're $3.75 each and are only made on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
The konbu has a nice texture. I wish I knew what kind they used. The meat is soft. There's plenty of filling and it's very flavorful. I liked it a lot!

Looks good! I remember when Gulick Deli used to have humongous konbumaki too. So ono. We lived 2 door away from it when we first got married and lived in Kalihi. Loved their food.
