Ho, this came out good, and it's so simple to make.
I microwaved the tofu on high for 2 minutes to get rid of the water. I patted dry with paper towels and coated with cornstarch, then fried.
I ate it with my sister Didi's Crunchy Garlic Chili Oil and skosh shoyu. OMG, so ono! To the left of the tofu is some prepared gobo from Palama Market.
