I got this 10-card pack at the swap meet for $1. I loved the feel of the paper . . . like washi. I imagined I could make Christmas gift tags with them.
Each card was simply a sheet of the washi paper folded in half. It was perfect.

I was able to cut 40 pieces from the cards.

I even cut up the envelopes.

I glued the pieces onto card stock and folded them in half. Then I punched holes in each and added a gold string. I got the string from Fisher. I think it was $1.79.

so pretty!
Awesome idea! When I was a kid I didn't have a lot of money. So I saved on gift labels by just cutting pretty wrapping paper that Mom had, and cutting it into a
small square that I could fold in half and write the gift note inside. Then I used scotch tape and made it into a circle to stick the gift label my the gift package.
so cute and creative :)
