Wendell's Mahi Mahi in Caper Garlic Cream Sauce


Wendell found this recipe at Genius Kitchen website and can be found here. Not real sure who actually did the cooking because Wendell said that Landon dunked the mahi in egg before frying so that the sauce would stick on better. At any rate, it was onolicious.
