Homemade Mango Seed

Do you remember these? A guy at the swap meet was selling them. He said that his mother taught him how to make them.

This was a sample piece that me and da sistahs shared. It tasted just like I remember.

He was selling them for $5 for a small container.

Yup, brings back memories of hanabata days. Do you remember, sliced green mango dip into in shoyu and black pepper or chili peppas....I'm salivating.

I remember when everyone used to make pickled mango. Now no one has mango trees. So sad.
