Got this from girlfriend N. It's soooo light and airy and buttery. Yummy! Thank you, N!!! It's from Red Ribbon Bake Shop on North King Street. I've never been there. Gotta make sure I check it out next time I'm in that area!

I bring these back every time I go to the PI! Can't eat just one!
There used to be a Red Ribbon at the Keeaumoku Don Quijote location but it closed down. Wished more Filipino restaurants/grocery store would open in town.
j: aren't they addicting. Walmart sells them too from another bakery but Red Ribbon's is the best. Red Ribbon can 'usually' be found in a Jollibee, I know the Jollibee in Waipahu and Kunia both have a Red Ribbon. Their chiffon cake is also like a mamom but in a loaf...they put a fake butter/sugar topping that's not the best but it's also good. I ate the whole thing in one sitting. It's so light it's almost like eating sweet air (and no calories!! ha)
Parking is pretty limited there, my phone carrier is next door. Jolli Bee Fried Chicken is adjacent to the bakery. I never been in there yet, have to put on bucket list.
