For real, Aunty. I wasn't even sure he would let me post a picture.
N, Landon said that the meat for a fish this size is normally tough, so he's asked my brother-in-law to smoke it.
Ulua meat is tough and kinda dry, but tasty. It does make good sashimi when fresh. If you fry it, put it in mayonnaise first and you can season/panko/whatever. VERY ono that way, and moist.
Wow! That thing looks like he could eat you! Mean looking teeth too!
