This was fall-off-da-bone ono!!! And *happy happy* the recipe can be found online here: Urban Cookery.

Addendum: Wendell said that instead of leaving the ribs in a slow cooker for 6 hours, he just boiled it for about 1 1/2 hours, then let them soak in the marinade for about an hour before broiling.

You should be their photographer. 6 hours of cooking! Actually, maybe I can since it is in a slow cooker. Hmmmm. Looks too divine.
Thanks Mark.
N, yup, my house.
I agree, Kat.
It was very tender, Aunty!
this looks sooooo ono. But, the recipe says lay ribs in slow cooker and don't overlap. How big is your slow cooker??? Mine is so small, I could maybe stand 3 ribs up on end. :( Looks like I gotta buy one of them costco size

V, I just double checked with Wendell. He said he didn't even "slow-cooker" it. He just boiled the ribs for about 1 1/2 hours instead.
Oh goodness, this looks awesome. You'd better guard Wendell or somebody is going to kidnap him.
