OMG !! I miss my students. One of them every year would come with a case of them, sent from his grandmother in Japan. We loved to make persimmon ice cream !!!
Whaaa? First Betty with persimmon cookies, and now you with persimmon ice cream. I never heard of such things.
I love persimmons..I'm so glad it is the fall season when they're plentiful. I like them when it's a little more soft..but they don't look as pretty w/ black spots on them.
