There was a LOT of food, even more than I got pictured here. The lighting wasn't great for picturing taking, but I guess it's okay, 'cause I didn't think the food was that great either. What do you expect for mass production, yeah? For some reason, I was especially worried about getting food poisoning . . . not sure if it was just in my mind or what, but the avocado in my sushi didn't taste quite right . . . and that kinda spoiled it for me with the rest of the food. Wendell ate a lot though, so maybe it was just me.
Sorry for not labeling each of the dishes, but Blogger formatting's been giving me trouble this past week and labeling all of these pictures would be a major P-I-T-A.

Irritating yah, Nate. With no answer from Blogger on the problem, people in the Help forum are speculating that it's an IE/Old Editor issue.
I tried to be fair, Kevin, but my heart just wasn't in it.
Blogger has been messing up for me too. That buffet is definitely food overload. I'm always leery of sushi in a buffet, wondering how long it has been sitting out.
Betty, people on the forums are saying that there's no problem when using the New Editor. Maybe gotta look into that if it doesn't get fixed. Buffets are so "lose money" with me 'cause I can't eat a lot at one time.
well it looks like i won't be eating there.
back to the delicious looking plate lunches.

Food looks good, wouldn't mind trying this makino...since it's enclosed. I went to the Aloha Tower and there were birds flying all over, dirty tables, food wasnt that great...

if this place is anything like makino chaya, then i won't be going anytime soon. after the last time i went to MC, i wrote a poor review on tripadvisor of my experience. quantity over quality is never good.
