Looks ono yah! It is. Cy gets his noodles from Yat Tung Chow Noodle Factory in Chinatown (150 North King Street). He said it's by Bale Sandwich. For the broth he uses S & S no MSG dashi. I forget if he told me where he gets his char siu from. He made this for me a loooong time ago. I'd been waiting for him to get me the name of the noodle shop. Thanks Cy!
