The "chips" are very crispy with a nice crunch, much like potato chips. The flavor gave me more of a ginger teriyaki than Ox Tail Soup vibe. I liked it a lot.
Looks like you can pick up some at the Foodie Con this weekend.

Kat, I think that mostly I like the crunch. LOL.
Interesting, not sure if I would buy it since I like oxtail flavors in soup only. 😆
