Did you use all the green paste ? Your pic doesn’t look as green as mine. It was very yummy, a little spicy, maybe I would add more coconut milk but thanks for the tip on adding fish sauce. I added eggplant and green beans since our fave Thai restaurant put these veggies in their curry. Now I have to go to Ross and look for more.😊
