I blogged about Mi Goreng noodles before here. I decided to kick it up a notch this time because I hadn't had it since Asian Market closed down, so it's been awhile.
I went to H Mart for the first time last weekend, and that's where I got it from.
I just fried up some onions, spam, sausage, fish cake and cabbage. Then I threw in pre-boiled noodles and fried eggs.
I just seasoned with the seasoning packets that came with the noodles and a little bit of garlic oil that Landon made. So tasty!

even before they closed, they were out of the noodles for quite awhile. The woman there always said it it was here but stuck on the docks for months.

I learned about these noodles from you. I think that Quang guy could eat 5 packs at once. They didn’t sell it here before but now they do.

I only like spam if cooked really well with teriyaki sauce for spam musubi, or if sliced really thin then fried crsip even though I rarely eat those too. So, not in saimin, not in fried noodles.

J, I think I saw a YouTuber post it and have been addicted to it since. Soo Ono and yeah I had all kine goodies too. Plus cheap! Now Don Q Waipahu carries it, I use to go the Filipino Seafood store before.
BTW, I moved into senior housing. I live on Kinau now. Just moved last week. Now I can try all the eateries you recommend. :D. N
