The recipe Wendell used is actually called Stuffed Pork Chops, but you don't really stuff the pork chop with the stuffing. Instead, you put it on top. So I changed the name. You can find the recipe here.
Wendell used Stove Top Stuffing Mix instead of making it from scratch. It was still goooood.

SALIVATING. Looks awesome! I bet the stuffing keeps the pork chop super moist huh?
LOL. It was, Jenny!
I like Pork!
But for some reason I do not like Pork Chops.
I have never figured out what is wrong with them.
Must come from the wrong side of the pig for me!
But this never tastes like the Pork I love!
That's so interesting, Mark. I can't tell the difference in taste. But I do prefer the bad, fattier parts.
I love pork! I think I like pork more than beef. This looks very good! Aren't you lucky to taste Wendell's creations like everyday?
I bought pork belly meat the other day and can't wait to try the salt crusted roasted pork belly!
I know, Akemi . . . I'm so lucky that Wendell likes to cook. Good luck with the pork belly!!
My mouth is watering even though I had my lunch not to long ago lol
