Soki Soba

Yummy!!  Wendell made another NHK World dish tonight - Soki Soba.  Recipe can be found here.  He said the only thing he did different was to add mushrooms to the broth.

Saw this on pbs, sunday on the NHK network. Its a great cooking show that I really enjoy. Its on every sunday.

I beleive that they used okinawan egg noodles on the show, I think it would also be very delish :)

Had a craving, so I made Okinawan shoyu pork belly with shitake mushrooms tonight, all because of your blog! LOL I hope get leftovers, so I can bring tomorrow.

Thanks Dean!

Hey Keone. I would love to take more pictures of your awesome food. I'll email you.

It was ono Les. Had little bit left, so I had some again tonight.

You're right about the Okinawan egg noodles, Anon. Wendell used our leftover soba 'cause that's all we had.

Ooohhh, that sounds so good Michele!
