Remember CQ's dragon sculpture? Well this is about as far as she got on it. At the end of class she covered it loosely with a grocery bag and left it on our shelf. By the time we go back to class next week, it'll be 3 weeks since she last worked on it. I think it's gonna be hard like rock by that time, and she's gonna have to trash it and start all over.
And then remember my plate? Teacher had let me use a new glass plate that she had just bought to mold and form my clay onto. You see it underneath the clay? Well, I just realized a couple of days ago that I left out a major step when I made my piece. I forgot to spray Pam on the glass plate first to prevent the clay from sticking to it. So now my clay piece is probably gonna be stuck on the glass plate f-o-r-e-v-e-r. Aiyaaaaa!! I'm scaaaaared!!

Anon, it's actually fun working with clay, but just the thought of having to deal with all the rules makes going back so hard.
