Betty, it was already dark when I got home and saw that Wendell had prepared the bulgogi, so I had to shoot it with flash which isn't ideal, but still looked ono.
Shun Wah, the directions say to fry it up in a skillet, but Wendell did it on the hibachi, so it really did smell good. He said he had a hard time though 'cause a lot of the pieces fell through the grill and into the fire.
