Wendell watched Ming Tsai make his Best Ever Baby Back Ribs With Honey-Sesame Glaze on TV and decided to try it out himself.
Mix 2 tbs chili powder, 2 tbs kosher salt and 1 tbs black pepper.
In a roasting pan, rub the ribs with the spice mix and let stand for 2 hours to overnight refrigerated.
Add 2 cups rice vinegar to the pan so there is 1/4 inch in the pan. And do it really fast so that your wife cannot get a good shot.
Cover tightly with foil and roast in oven for up to 2 hours or until the rice vinegar is evaporated. Also do this really fast so that this is the only shot your wife gets.
Meanwhile, mix together 1/2 c honey (Wendell said next time he'll use more) with juice and zest from 1 orange.
Glaze the ribs with the honey/orange juice mixture. As you can see the vinegar didn't totally evaporate, but the ribs were still veeeery ono!
