I followed Leslie's advice and added some grated carrots to add color. Looks good yeah! NNNNOOOOOTTTTT!!!! It's so so so so bland . . . tastes like okara . . . no more any taste.
Ummmmm . . . I figured out how to get bigger pictures from Flickr, but HOLY MOLY kinda BIG HAH???

I bought the tofu burger patty mix at longs and it's horrible tasting. I retun the other two packets that I bought.

Hahahaha, I know toooo beeeeg now! Wouldja believe my five patties went. My son made a sauce to go with it and then it tasted not bad.
